I have been doing this for an exceptionally, long time. Over the years I have used several methods of training with a wide range of equipment. This has allowed me to work out a system that I believe is sustainable, enjoyable, and most importantly attainable for nearly anybody.
There are a few things I ask of everyone that I work with. You must be realistic, understand your training expectations and not overtrain, and work to understand what fuels your body best.
My motto has always been “Changing lives, one by one.” I am invested in YOU. I want to see YOU obtain your fitness goals, and I will be here every step of the way.
